How tokens work

  • One allowance covers the work. Phone calls, messages, planning, and summaries all draw from the same monthly tokens.
  • No answer, no call time. Calls that don't connect use no call time.
  • Recurring jobs add up. Scheduled jobs draw from the same allowance, so how often they run affects usage.
  • Priced per workspace. Your whole team assigns work from one shared allowance, with no per-seat fees.

Why do we contact you to start?

Every AI employee is configured for your business — the job, the tools, and the approval limits. We talk first so the setup and the token volume match the work.

Is there a per-seat charge?

No. Plans are priced per workspace. Everyone on your team assigns work from the same allowance.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. Move up or down as your workload changes. Contact us and we'll adjust the allowance.
